This week Tuesday’s Dish features one of my favorite cooking methods – the crock pot. I love crock pot recipes and am always looking for new ways to mix things up in the crockpot. Thanks for Econobusters and Molly Green for this great and easy (and frugal) recipe.
Italian Beef Roast (serves 6)
Ingredients:
3 pounds beef roast
1 cup Italian dressing
6 medium potatoes, quartered
1 pound baby carrots
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker.
Arrange potatoes and carrots around roast.
Pour dressing over all.
Cook on low 8 hours.
