Crockpot dinner make me happy. I’m busy, just like everyone else, and being able to do it and be done and then it’s ready keeps me from losing track of time and not having a good dinner ready on time! I’m always looking for a good roast recipe to mix it up a little. Thanks to Molly at Econobusters for the great recipe.
Here’s what you need:
Italian Beef Roast
Ingredients:
3 pounds beef roast
1 cup Italian of your favorite Italian dressing
6 medium potatoes, cut and quartered
1 pound baby carrots, or regular carrots cut into small pieces
Directions:
Put roast in slow cooker.
Place potatoes and carrots around roast in the crock pot.
Pour Italian dressing over all.
Cook on low 8 hours.
