4 Last Minute Gifts for Mom

Do you still need to get a gift for mom? These last minute gifts are some of the hot gifts that mom is wanting this year. She will love that you thought of her and got her something she actually wants and will use this year. Yes, you can still get her some comfy, Memory Foam Slippers or a totally cute iPhone Glitter Case, but these listed below will really get her attention.

Fleece Heated Throw–  I got one of these for Christmas a few years ago and I love it. I keep it near the couch and take it with me when we travel. I love having the heated throw to warm me up on cold nights. It helps keep the heating costs down because I’m not tempted to turn up the thermostat on cold nights if I can cuddle up under my heated throw. Instant Pot – The Instant Pot is hot this year. Everyone wants one and everyone is talking about them. It is THE gift this Christmas. If your mom doesn’t have an Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker, she will love the chance to make some great, quick and easy meals in her Instant Pot. There are literally hundreds of recipes online to work in your Instant Pot and the mom on your list will LOVE IT!

Amazon Echo – You can read my post about how we use this in our homeschool here and it would work really well in your home for homework too if you don’t homeschool. But, as a mom, I LOVE my Amazon Echo (OK, it isn’t mine because I HIJACKED MY HUSBAND’S PRESENT) but we love having it in our home and I think any mom would love to have one. As well as functioning as a wireless Bluetooth speaker to pair with my phone to play music, you can ask it recipe questions (how many teaspoons in a tablespoon or what can I substitute for butter) and Alexa will answer you. Alexa can tell you the weather and the traffic; she can tell you a joke or the latest news. She can add items to your shopping list, which is awesome! The mom on your Christmas shopping list will LOVE LOVE LOVE an Amazon Echo or an Amazon Echo Dot if you just want a Bluetooth speaker. (btw – An Amazon Prime Membership goes great with your Amazon Echo!)

 

Kindle Unlimited Subscription – I would love to have a Kindle Unlimited subscription. I used to use Audible but stopped spending as much time in the car as I was so I decided to turn it off. Something that is exciting about Kindle Unlimited is that you can read as well as get audio books with the subscription.
