Well, it’s Friday again and I have to say — what a great week here in Indiana.
The weather was UNSEASONABLY warm (sounds like a meteorologist, huh?). It was AWESOME! We had temperatures steadily in the upper 70 and one day in the low 80s. For November in Indiana, that is crazy!
We went to the park, played in the leaves, rode bikes, roller bladed, and enjoyed some outdoor school time, which is always nice. The kids really loved being outside and I loved getting to open the windows. Probably getting to air out the house last time before the cold weather rushes in.
My son even caught a grasshopper yesterday and got a mosquito bite. Crazy. We saw a BEAUTIFUL red breasted robin and watched the squirrels fight over the bird feeder. Fun SPRING week really! (Except for the mosquito bite!)
Today is the last day of forecasted warm weather, the cooler weather is suppose to blow in tonight. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
What has the weather been doing in your neck of the woods?
